Mr. Dervan Smith

Founder & CEO

As an Auditor, Educator, Family Support Advocate, and Philanthropist, Mr. Smith leads Smiths' Priority LLC with a vision to create supportive environments that promote family well-being and community development.

Mrs. Kamisha Reed

Director of Operations

With expertise as a Family & Individual Therapist and in Family Management Care, Mrs. Reed oversees our operations to ensure every resident receives personalized support and care in a nurturing environment.

Miss. Alecia Walters

Community Coordinator

As an Educator, Property Manager & Realtor Sales Associate, Miss. Walters brings her expertise to foster community connections, helping residents build relationships and thrive in a supportive environment.

Mrs. Karen Thompson-Cross

Community Manager

As a Linguist, Educator, Ambassador & Philanthropist, Mrs. Thompson-Cross manages our community with cultural sensitivity and a global perspective, ensuring all residents feel welcomed and understood.

Current Requirements

Experience Levels

H.S./GED + 5 years experience providing WRAP Around services
Bachelor degree + minimum 3 years experience working with families & children
Master or higher degree in a human services field + minimum 1 year experience

Skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Works well with diverse populations
Follows agency's policies, procedures, protocols
Team player, yet work as independent subcontractor
Dependable & reliable
Able to commit to a flexible schedule

Other Requirements

Able to pass GBI, FBI, Ga DHS background check
Current professional resume
Good driving record
Owns a laptop or tablet
Dependable automobile in good working order with full liability insurance coverage
Attend monthly required staff meetings/teleconference calls
