Core House Rules

Our house rules are designed to create a safe, supportive, and harmonious living environment for all residents. These guidelines help maintain structure and ensure everyone's comfort and well-being.

Behavioral Expectations

  • Mutual Respect: Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with dignity and respect at all times.
  • Noise Control: Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
  • Cleanliness: Keep personal and shared spaces clean and organized. Participate in scheduled cleaning duties.
  • Personal Boundaries: Respect others' privacy and personal space. Always knock before entering another resident's room.
  • Communication: Address concerns directly and respectfully. Participate in house meetings when scheduled.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

  • Zero Tolerance: No illegal drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises at any time.
  • Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be reported to staff and stored securely.
  • Testing: Random drug and alcohol screenings may be conducted to ensure compliance.
  • Support Resources: Resources for substance abuse support are available for those who need assistance.
  • Consequences: Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of residency.

Guest Policies

  • Visiting Hours: Guests are permitted between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily.
  • Registration: All visitors must sign in upon arrival and be accompanied by their resident host at all times.
  • Common Areas Only: Guests are restricted to common areas and are not permitted in bedrooms.
  • Conduct: Residents are responsible for their guests' behavior and ensuring they follow house rules.
  • Overnight Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from management.

Safety and Security

  • Doors and Windows: Keep all exterior doors locked at all times. Do not prop open security doors.
  • Personal Items: Secure your valuables. Smith's Priority LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, candles, incense, and other fire hazards are not permitted.
  • Monitoring: Security cameras are in place in common areas for everyone's safety.
  • Reporting: Report any security concerns or suspicious activity to staff immediately.
